BC’s famed “Fishing Highway” (Highway 24), also known as the Land of Hidden Waters, heads east from Highway 97 north of 70 Mil House over to Little Fort. At only 97 km long, this short yet scenic route provides access to 100+ crystal clear lakes for fishing and water sports, as well as a plenty of places to set up camp and keep an eye out for abundant wildlife, sublime scenery, and laid-back locals. Visit Historic Barkerville
